Tooth based vigilante??

Okay this is kind of a longshot LOL but a little while ago I was out for a walk a little tipsy I will not lie to you and there was some sort of someone doing.. I assume vigilante work in the middle of the night who was like, vaguely tooth themed. Never saw them again + can't find anything online.. Does anyone know anything about this ??
